Hi, I have installed 21 PLC-BUS modules. One of them is a shutter module 3160MH.
What macro commands do I need to simulate the Shutter Up, Shutter Up one step, Stop, Shutter down one step and Shutter down?
The macros will be started by a timer each.

For Shutter up I tried Scene-On
PLCBUS: SCENE-ON A1 B9 3
SYSTEM: DELAY 180000 <- This is meant as delayed stop to power off teh internal relay of the module
PLCBUS: STOP A1 B9 3
The same way for Scene-Off

What I see is various behaviour. Sometimes the stop command is not fired after 3 minutes.
Sometimes the Scene-On or Scene-Off command is not fired.
This is clearly visible in the Rx/Tx monitor.

Anyone an idea what the commands are and why the the beheaviour?

That’s a little bit difficult!

But I think you have activated “macro flow control”.
So if scene command does not get an ACK back macro execution will stop.
That means macro recognizes first command is not executed well, so following commands are not necessary.
Disable “macro flow control”

Why you are using the SCENE-ON command.
You said you are using only one shutter module.
SCENE-commands are for groups. So you can control two ore more shutter at the same time with only one command. In your case you can use normal ON-command or BRIGHT-command to open a shutter. Alternative OFF ore DIM-command for shutter down.

How long is your shutter, if you need 3 min runtime?

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

If I give a On command, the shutter stops after a few seconds.
I found out that with the scene command it does not stop.

The runtime for the shutter is about 40 seconds.

The stop after 3 minutes is to power of the control relays.

Thanks for explaining the flow control. I will disable that.
