Hello,

I would like to use PLCBUS module 3160MHI but I need some explanation about the functionning of this module.

1. If I use momentary switch with this module, must I do push the top button during all the "up" action or just one push activate the output during a moment ?
2. If I use rocker switch, what it will happen if the rocker switch is not at the "DOWN" position and at the same moment a PLCBUS order is send to activate the "UP" action ?
3. Can I have the real status of the output at any time? (up or down position)

Thanks you for your answer.

PS : sorry for my english, I'm French

You must push the button whole time! When you release the button shutter stops.

Always the last command will execute. So if the PLCBUS command comes a few milliseconds later as the button command, the shutter first goes DOWN– STOPS– and then goes UP.

NO – for this you need a special shutter motor with absolute position feedback.
